Catching waves....

Yes, we have lost our minds....

Must be the fresh beach air.

Going to eat at "The Hangout"....

We usually eat at "Lulu's" in Gulf Shores, but chose "The Hangout" after my little sister recommended it.( She is at the beach all the time because she lives in Mobile and her in-laws live on Ono Island.)

Unfortunately my little sister has not been with us this trip due to a nasty case of rotovirus that has ripped through her family for the last 5 days.

Bummer.

It is a really neat restaurant that is very kid friendly.

Too bad the kids did not get to do all the cool stuff due to the storm that rolled through.

Nasty winds.
Lots of rain.
Somewhat short lived.

Celebrating an early 39th (gulp) birthday....

Stop using my small camera with all the "noise" (graininess) and start lugging my big ole camera with me for better quality pictures. Sigh.
