Lucy already has her summer cut. It makes her look like a puppy!

DSC_0035-001 I don’t have a picture of Jackson as he was feeling under the weather this weekend. :(

We are so excited for our early summer weather and activities! Bring it on!!!

The best for last. . .

We started our day rather early. Quite the feat for my fam as we are not naturally early risers.

We were some of the first people at Epcot that morning. The ride section was still closed, but that was ok because we were headed to Norway for breakfast with the princesses.

DSC_0371

Everyone was feeling well and in good spirits..

DSC_0374DSC_0377

Belle greeted everyone at the door with a picture. Brent the girls were smitten. ;)

DSC_0390

Here’s whole gang waiting on the princesses to reach our table.

The girls LOVED it! They got autographs, pictures, the whole 9 yards.

The princesses REALLY stayed in character. They would princess “pose” with some of the pictures. For instance, they would cock their head a certain way or pose their hand in an odd manner (like Aurora in the bottom right). The gal who did Snow White spoke in octaves so high that the local dogs must have been writhing in pain.

When we left our breakfast, the park was still quite empty. Which is what prompted these next silly shots.

DSC_0432

Silly but I love them. Some of my favorite shots from the whole week.

DSC_0438 Jackson took these pics of the adults as we walked the countries…

We searched forever for soft serve ice cream. That was our lunch that day.

If you have never been to Epcot, part of the park are countries from around the world. There is England, France, Mexico, Germany, Japan, China, etc..  It was VERY neat. I could have spent the whole day in that section. So much fun and so authentic!

DSC_0450   We loved being in Germany! Brent and I lived there for 3 years when we first got married. It really felt like we were there again.

The characters were hanging out in the countries they were from. Mary Poppins in England and the Beast in France.

My goofball.

The other ones…

That night we dined in an aquarium. It was so cool watching the sharks swim by!!!

IMG_1795

The kids were there too, just at the table next to us.

IMG_1791  Hope is so stinkin’ cute and VERY sweet. She is like a fragile doll. She and Caroline are like ying and yang. Opposites in every way imaginable except their cuteness.

IMG_1800

After dinner I took the girls to get pictures and autographs with more characters. We waited about 25 minutes or so… I think that is supposed to be good. :-0

We ended our night once again with fireworks. We opened the park and closed the park…we were exhausted.

The Walden’s showed us such a great time at Disney. We will be forever grateful for that. I am quite certain my children will never forget that week.

The picture above is on the plane. We came mighty close to missing that plane when my hubby accidently took the wrong turn in 5 o’clock traffic that sent us on a 55 minute detour around some bridge in Tampa. Oy vey! After the initial freak out, we found another way to the airport and raced traffic and time narrowly making our plane. What an “exciting” way to end our fabulous vacation. Lol! Brent says he will never fly in to Tampa again….that’ll show ‘em.

The End!!!

She’s come a long way baby!

It was a mere 4 years ago today…

DSC_0259

That this beautiful little girl…

DSC_0234.… made a permanent entrance into our family.

DSC_0244 She was spunky, adorable and incredibly active and inquisitive.

DSC_0280

She was a precious gift from God.

DSC_0249
