After THREE trips to the DMV (do to missing paperwork, copies not originals (ya think they would have mentioned that important little gem on the website) and a two and a half hour wait in their glamourous waiting room)....

 My boy acquired a drivers permit.

Jackson is attending his very first prom tonight.

His beautiful date is a girl names Erica.

It is the first time Jackson received a boutonniere.

And the first time he gave a girl a corsage.

The only 6 kids in his freshman class to attend the prom…yes he goes to a small school. (By the way, the girl in the gray dress was adopted from Russia, her name is Anna …what are the chances of THAT?)
